How can I request a “quote” for a full puppet build?
You can request a quote by scheduling a free consultation with us under "connect" or send us an email at info@standingfigure.com - come prepared with designs/ drawings (including dimensions) and a general idea of your puppet’s desired range of movement.
During the consultation, we’ll review your concept/design, suggest solutions to suit your needs, and begin to build a quote for price and turnaround.
How many days does it take to receive my order?
We try to ship as quickly as possible, typically via UPS Ground, which usually arrives within 3–6 business days depending on your location.
Please note that response and shipping times may be slower during holidays. If you need expedited shipping, let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
If I have a specific custom piece I am looking to get made, what can I do?
Please submit a request under "connect" or send us an email at info@standingfigure.com, and allow 1-3 business days for response.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes upon delivery, depending on your country.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from Graham, North Carolina, USA. We machine all of our pieces in-house.
How can I track my order?
After the order is being processed and ready to ship, you will receive an email from us with tracking number and estimated delivery time.
Do you make custom armatures and puppets?
Absolutely. We start every custom project with a free consultation - schedule one through our “Connect” page or email us at info@standingfigure.com.
If you are NOT looking for a full build? We also take on individual components, including sculpting, mold making, casting, armatures, painting, costume, 3d-printing, and head mechanics.
Can I return my order?
Unfortunately, we do not take returns. But if you have an issue with our product please send us an email at info@standingfigure.com so we can support your needs.
